This unit constructed with a stainless-steel front, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back. The 4" side splashes will keep you walls and other equipment clean from grease or oil splashes that might launch from the 3/4" thick, ground steel griddle plate. It has three 30,000 BTU burners with snap action thermostats and individual pilots with controls for each burner. No matter what delicious recipe you make with this griddle, it will come out evenly cooked.
This models has a stainless steel cabinet base with doors. It includes universal rack guides with one shelf. This extra space is perfect for those of you who run a kitchen with limited space. You can store everything from spatulas, mixing bowls, and any other tool that you know will help you.
