  This unit has a stunning, stainless-steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, stub back, and top. It has four infrared burners that turn on with a pilot ignition system. Each burner gives off 25,000 BTUs of energy. It includes two infinite heat controls that allow you to manipulate the temperature up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit. The cold rolled steel bar grid is spring balanced and has five adjustable positions to suit your different recipes. The grid is large, measuring at 25" x 25" and will provide you a spacious amount of cooking area for you to sear plenty of beautiful steaks, burger patties, or even tilapia for your patrons.
