TheVulcan VTC36C, heavy-duty, infrared charbroiler with a convection oven base is one of our best options. It is constructed with stainless steel sides, front top ledge, burner box, base, and stub back. The top front ledge has a pull-out condiment rail. Each of the three burners have individual pilots and controls. This unit has heavy-duty, slant, cast-radiants. The supercharger burner dividers can be used to minimize heat transfer to enhance multi-zone cooking.
The convection oven is porcelain on the bottom, sides, and interior door panel. The temperature adjusts from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. It is supplied with two racks and has three rack positions. The door is heavy-duty with count weight door hinges.
