Wolf TYG48C Teppanyaki Gas Griddle

The Wolf TYG48C is the perfect addition for any Japanese restaurant that performs hibachi-style cooking shows. The durability of the stainless-steel construction of this griddle allows you to use tough spatulas and scrapers directly over the plate without worrying about scratching it up. It uses one burner in the middle of the 3/4" steel plate. This, of course causes unequal distribution of heat, but if you know how to use this to your advantage, you shouldn't have a problem with this. All you have to do is throw some beef or chicken in the center of the plate and on the corners and sides, cook rice and veggies.

As you cook, grease is drained from a 3" grease trough and into a large capacity grease collector. This makes cleaning easy at the end of a long, busy day.
