Compatible with front-of-house applications, this BUNN ICB-DV automatic coffee brewer (53100.0101) has a tall, sleek design with rounded corners. Made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, it withstands daily use in high-traffic cafes, restaurants, hotels, and offices; its 10.2-inch-wide by 22.1-inch-deep by 35-inch-high structure saves countertop space. The front panel's digital readout simplifies operation and features displays in English, Spanish, or French and imperial or metric measurements. Operators can adjust heat, monitor the number of batches brewed, and manage general operational status with this readout system. To save energy, the tank temperature is reduced automatically during slow periods.

The BUNN ICB-DV coffee brewer (53100.0101) is meant to brew coffee into BUNN's wide range of tall airpots. To produce various recipes, it uses Infusion Series technology, which includes three brew buttons and two batch sizes, and operators can use preinfusion and pulse brew mechanism to boost flavor extraction. The brewer's Peak Extraction™ spray head has a 17-hole design that dispenses water in multiple directions for uniform extraction. For user safety, an electronic funnel lock prevents removal of the brew funnel until coffee has completed the drip-through process. Depending on the desired voltage, this machine can produce (1,088) 8-ounce cups of coffee per hour at 208 volts and (1,446) 8-ounce cups of coffee per hour at 240 volts.
