The BUNN ICB Soft Heat® automatic coffee brewer (51200.0102) measures 22 inches wide by 23 inches deep by 32.9 inches high and includes two brewers that can produce (280) 8-ounce cups of coffee per hour. Its black and stainless steel exterior creates a sleek, modern look that can be wiped clean, and it's mounted on 4-inch legs so operators can clean beneath the unit. A front digital readout displays machine status, brew count, and temperature information, and users can program the readout to display in English, Spanish, or French and use metric or imperial measurements. A hot water faucet built onto the unit's side is ideal for dispensing water for hot chocolate and tea. Overall, this brewer is designed to dispense coffee or hot water into Soft Heat thermal servers.

This BUNN ICB twin automatic coffee brewer (51200.0102) uses Infusion Series technology—six brew buttons and three batch sizes—to brew various recipes. To extract coffee fully, the Peak Extraction™ spray head includes 17 holes, enabling it to reach multiple directions simultaneously, while preinfusion and pulse brew mechanisms can be used to maximize flavor extraction. An electronic funnel lock secures the brew funnels in place until coffee has finished dripping through the funnels, preventing burns and reducing product waste. After rush periods, the unit will reduce tank temperature to save energy.
