  • Pan features heavy-duty chrome steel hook for draining basket
  • Product must be cleaned and kept dry after use. The product will rust if not kept dry.
  • Chrome plated steel basket is designed for small batch deep frying
  • Frame is 7 gauge and the mesh is 22 gauge with 3.5 mm mesh spacing
