Cooper-Atkins 323-0-1 Roasting Thermometer
This HACCP Roasting Thermometer is an insertion thermometer designed to take accurate temperatures in the middle of the meat being tested. It has a 2-1/2" diameter dial with a 6" long steam. It has a pre-set pointer for accurate measurements. HACCP reference dial showing minimum temperature for stuffed meats and poultry, ground beef & pork, and fish. The temperature range is 120 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with a +/- 2 degree Fahrenheit temperature accuracy. The housing material is made of stainless steel, and the lens is glass.
