   The Everest EPBNR2 is a refrigerated prep table that sits on four 5" casters and has a cabinet exterior that is constructed of heavy duty, stainless-steel with a galvanized steel finished bottom. This product will be an excellent addition to your restaurant. The preparation area includes a removable and adjustable, sanitary 12-1/4" deep cutting board for you to chop up all your tasty ingredients, such as lettuce, tomato, and bacon. It fits eight 1/6 size pans and has 1/2" thick, foamed insulated lids used to prevent moisture build up and heat exchange. The two stainless steel doors use 2-1/2" thick, foamed in place polyurethane as its insulation. The heavy-duty, adjustable torsion spring system allows for the doors to be self closing. The door's corners are rounded for a sleek and modern appearance. Not only that, but the doors include a one-piece, snap in place, magnetic door gasket for easy replacement and cleaning. The doors open up to a stainless steel interior with three epoxy coated wires per section. These shelves will look even more amazing once they are fully stocked with your greatest ingredients.

   The refrigeration unit is back mounted it uses R-290 refrigerant and run on 1/4+ hp. The condenser and evaporator coil have an oversize design to ensure quick recovery times and a reliable maintenance of the desired temperature.
