  This unit is shipped for natural gas but has a propane orifice kit for in-field conversion. The cooking surface is 3/4" thick, with beautifully polished steel which is designed for even heating. You'll never have to worry about only one side of a pancake cooking more than the other. The surface of the cooking area is 20" deep, and uses four U-shaped burners. Each burner has its own manually controlled knob. This unit contains a stainless-steel grease trough with a wide opening. At the end of a long, busy day you'll be able to easily dispose of the grease.
