This unit accommodates twelve 1/6th size pans and numerous other arrangements. The exterior even includes a 9-1/4" deep cutting board for you to chop up lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and other tasty ingredients. It has two self closing doors with recessed door handles and two pre-installed, epoxy coated wire shelves that sits inside a stainless-steel interior. Any accidental spills that happen on the inside can be speedily cleaned for your convenience.
