   One of our best refrigerators is the Traulsen ADT232DUT-FHS reach-in dual temperature refrigerator and freezer. Its exterior is constructed of stainless steel that is resistant to rust and corrosion. Its cabinet and doors contain high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane insulation. The interior is constructed of corrosion resistant anodized aluminum with an arrangement of three wire shelves per section that shine under the interior lights. Each shelf has a recommended limit of 225 lbs., which gives you plenty of freedom to store all of the most important ingredients and foods you need.

   This unit has two sections with full height, self-closing, solid doors. It was designed with the understanding of how hectic a busy kitchen can be. The last thing you need is for all of your goods to spoil because the door was left open. Accidentally leaving a door open will just be a terror of the past! Not only does the door self-close, but it has a stay open feature as well. If you push the door past an angle of 120 degrees, the feature will activate. The Smart Control also offers a complete set of visual alarms designed to alert the user to critical events such as power outages or a prolonged door opening. In the event of an alarm, a dedicated Alarm LED will illuminate, informing the user of the critical event and duration; describing the event in large, easy to read, full text display.
