   One of our best units is the Traulsen AHT126WPUT-FHG reach-in/pass thru refrigerator. Its exterior is constructed of stainless steel that is resistant to rust and corrosion. Its cabinet contains high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane insulation. The interior is constructed of corrosion resistant anodized aluminum with an arrangement of three wire shelves per section that shine under the interior lights. Each shelf has a recommended limit of 225 lbs., which gives you plenty of freedom to store all of the most important ingredients and foods you need.

   This unit has one section with front and back, full height, self-closing, glass doors. It was designed with the understanding of how hectic a busy kitchen can be. The Smart Control also offers a complete set of visual alarms designed to alert the user to critical events such as power outages or a prolonged door opening. In the event of an alarm, a dedicated Alarm LED will illuminate, informing the user of the critical event and duration; describing the event in large, easy to read, full text display.
