To start, this direct kettle table consists of a stainless-steel top, sides, rear, drain trough, legs, flange, and feet. It has a marine edge that will catch any small spills, it is perfect for when things get a little hectic. This table even features a drain tray that fits the full length of the drain trough. The two tilting steam kettles use a 2/3 jacket; however, the right kettle fits 6-gallons and the left fits 12-gallons. The ellipsoidal bottom of the kettle line is formed and fully welded with type 316 and type 304 stainless steel exterior with a 1/4" by 5/8" bar rim with a butterfly shaped pouring lip. The shape of the bottom was designed to provide you with up enough space to fit 50% more product. The interior also contains embossed gallon/liter markings to provide you with accurate measurements.
