The front and sides of the are constructed using a stunningly beautiful stainless steel and it stands on 12" adjustable flanged feet. The feet will help keep this unit stable so it doesn't fall over. The back of this unit has a stainless-steel finish to match the rest of the body. The front hinged pan body is stainless-steel with covered interior corners and embossed gallon markings. The cooking surface, which is also stainless-steel is bonded to a steel plate. The cover has a stainless-steel spring assist and also a full width handle. Underneath the pouring lip are receiving support mounts for the drop away food pan. The pan can be fully tilted, and within 30 crank revolutions will be completely empty. This 30-gallon unit can be converted to approximately 114 liters and that will provide you with 960 (4 oz.) portions.
To keep your product warm, the flat firebar heating element is affixed to the bottom of the pan and this will allow for even heat distribution. The temperature range is between 50 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
