Fryers are one of the best investments any food service business can make. You don't only have to use them to make the typical fries, chicken, or fish. Anything is possible with a little creativity. Your customers will not only love the typical foods that are normally fried, but also everything from pickles, macaroni and cheese, and even ice cream. Don't know what kind of fryer will best suit your needs? Then give us a call, our sales staff will fit you with the ideal fryer for your needs.
One popular option is the GF40 model from Frymaster, it's an all-purpose fryer that runs on liquid propane and was designed with your needs in mind. It uses millivolt temperature controls and there are no electrical connections that are required. It stands on four 6" steel legs with 1" adjustments and casters. The frypot, door, and cabinet are constructed with stainless-steel. A set pf twin, wire mesh fry baskets with green coated handles are included and ca be stored on basket hangers when not in use.
This unit has an open pot design, and when compared to tube style fryers, it is much easier to clean and probably more appropriate for if you work under serious time constraints. This design works especially well if you're predominantly frying foods like, French fries or foods that come frozen. It uses an exclusive Master Jet burner system creates a large heat-transfer area for reliable and even heat distribution. This also includes a durable temperature probe that senses changes in temperature and reacts by activating the burner response.
At the bottom is a large cold zone with a slopping bottom that will collect and remove sediment from the frypot. This preserves the oil quality. However, when it's time to change out that oil and clean the fryer, a 1-1/4" IPS ball-type drain valve will easily help you drain out everything. The cold zone, as well as every inch of the frypot and heat transfer area can be cleaned and wiped down by hand.
