The Sani Station allows you to quickly and thoroughly clean utensils between uses.

Minimize the risk of cross-contamination and provide employees with continuous access to clean and sanitary utensils with Sani Station in three easy steps. No plumbing or electricity required, saving water and money. The small footprint, available in counter stand and hanging vertical mount models, keeps it in arm’s reach at prep stations. Sani Station comes with pre-portioned cleaner and sanitizer solution packs that are NSF D2 approved to be food-safe and ensure proper chemical dilution. The only approved chemical to effectively control bacteria like e. coli, salmonella, listeria, and staph aureus, this cleaner and sanitizer solution pack is still safe enough to not require a water rinse after sanitizing.

Steps:

• Clean: Excess food is scraped off the utensil using the red squeegee.
• Sanitize: Center Brushes allow for visible residue removal, while simultaneously cleaning and sanitizing the utensil for 60 seconds.
• Store: Excess solution is wiped off on the green squeegee and the utensil is placed in the drying basket to air dry, no rinsing required
