Because this slicer is lower than the other cutters, the fruit won’t get damaged while falling into the waiting container. The stainless steel blades will minimize the bruising on the slices, which can also cut through melons, oranges, and lemons.
The 15104 is the Scalloped-style 3/8" cut manual countertop Redco InstaSlice fruit and vegetable slicer from Vollrath that features HardCoat pusher head fingers and 8 blades with a corrosion-resistant polyurethane food carrier.
This countertop fruit and vegetable slicer is NSF listed.
The slicer has a detachable table stop and it features a one-piece blade assembly with blades that pop in and out for easy cleaning.
