Vollrath 23236 Description
Coated in Teflon®, the Vollrath 23236 bulbs resist shattering, so if they break, they won't contaminate many food surfaces. These 40-watt bulbs are designed for use with Cayenne® heat strips. The number of bulbs required in the unit depends on its overall length. Heaters measuring 18 inches to 30 inches require two bulbs, while 36-inch to 48-inch models need four bulbs. Large units such as 54-inch to 72-inch models operate with six bulbs; the longest 84-inch heater uses eight bulbs.
