The Vollrath 4981220 ladle is equipped with an all-natural antimicrobial agent that slows bacterial growth to maintain a sanitary surface between general cleaning cycles. The 12¹⁄₈-inch-long handle is built with a hook that facilitates storage, and its 4³⁄₈-inch-diameter bowl has a 12-ounce capacity. Because it has a one-piece stainless steel construction, this durable unit is easy to clean. Its black handle enables color-coded use, and it's safe in temperatures as high as 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
