To provide a comfortable grip while dishing out product, the Vollrath 6422220 spoodle features a textured nylon handle that endures temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The handle is also treated with an antimicrobial agent that slows the growth of bacteria and other germs to reduce the risk of contamination. It’s equipped with a built-in stopper notch to prevent it from sliding into food, and the bowl’s perforated design enables liquids to drain freely. This spoodle accommodates 2 ounces of product, and the capacity is stamped into its shaft. Because it’s constructed of stainless steel, it’s long lasting and resistant to rust.
